The manufacturing is splitted in two main processes:

  • The pretreatment is made in six different stages by full immersion in alkaline and acid chimical solution, with ending treatment by organic salts and final drying.
  • Lacquering by elettrostatic polyester powder ( Qualicoat certificate ).

The whole process is related only to the colours white + graphite + grinz ivory.


All our frames can be custom painted RAL or Bronze anodized.
